Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LAZYSUPPLY LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Singed mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended only for users 18 years of age or older (see "Children's Privacy").
1. Who we are and how to reach us
The Service is operated by LAZYSUPPLY LLC, 701 South Street, Suite 100, Mountain Home, AR 72653. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@lazysupply.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, LAZYSUPPLY LLC is the data controller.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Account information | Email address; sign-in method (email code, Apple, Google, or guest); a unique account identifier. |
| Profile information | Display name and preferences (e.g., haptics, sound, reduced-motion, notification settings). |
| Social / gameplay content | Crew names and membership, dares and challenges, scores, and recaps. |
| User content ("proof") | Photos and videos you choose to capture or upload, and any related captions or metadata. |
| Communications | Messages you send us (e.g., support requests) and your correspondence. |
2.2 Information from sign-in providers. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a verified identifier and, depending on your choices and their settings, your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email if you choose to hide your email. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
2.3 Information collected automatically
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Device & technical data | Device model, operating system, app version, language, and similar technical identifiers. |
| Usage data | Features used, in-app actions, session activity, and diagnostic/log data. |
| Approximate location | Only if you grant location permission, we may tag your proof or recaps with location. This is optional and the Service works without it. |
| Push tokens | A push notification token (via Apple/Google/Expo) if you enable notifications. |
2.4 Device permissions. With your consent, the app may access:
- Camera and microphone — to capture photo/video "proof" of dares (this is a core feature);
- Photos / media library — to save your recap card and proof to your device, or to upload media;
- Location (optional) — to tag where proof was captured for your recap;
- Notifications — to send game alerts.
You can change or revoke these permissions any time in your device settings (some features may stop working).
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (create your account, run games, show your proof and scores to your crew, generate recaps);
- Authenticate you and secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- Send you transactional messages (e.g., sign-in codes) and, if enabled, push notifications;
- Respond to your requests and provide support;
- Understand and improve the Service, including diagnostics and troubleshooting; and
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the safety of users.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process your information on these bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request); consent (e.g., camera, location, and notifications — you may withdraw consent at any time); legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service and prevent abuse, balanced against your rights); and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- With other users. Your display name, crew activity, scores, recaps, and any proof you submit are visible to members of the crews and games you participate in. Do not submit content you do not want those people to see.
- With service providers (sub-processors) who process data on our behalf under contract, including:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and storage hosting;
- Expo / EAS — app build, updates, and push-notification delivery;
- Apple and Google — sign-in, push delivery (APNs/FCM), app distribution, and map display in recaps (Apple Maps on iOS, Google Maps on Android), which receive device and approximate-location data needed to render the map;
- Google Workspace (Gmail) — sending transactional sign-in and account emails.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you.
We operate our own first-party, in-app analytics (counts of in-app actions and events, associated with your account identifier) stored with our hosting provider (Supabase) to understand and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising, attribution, or cross-app tracking SDKs.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security logs, backups for a limited time). Content you shared with crews may persist with those users if they have not deleted it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information (including encrypted transport and access controls at our hosting provider). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.
8. Your rights and choices
- Access, correction, deletion. You can edit your profile in-app and delete your account at any time from within the app (which deletes your account and associated data), or by emailing contact@lazysupply.com — you can request deletion this way even if you have uninstalled the app.
- Permissions. You can revoke camera, microphone, photos, location, and notification permissions in your device settings.
- Push notifications. Turn them off in-app or in device settings.
- EEA/UK rights. Subject to law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- How to exercise. Email contact@lazysupply.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Your U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, comprehensive U.S. state privacy laws (including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states) may give you some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Know / access the personal information we process, and obtain a copy;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete your personal information;
- Portability — receive your information in a portable format;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling; and
- Appeal a denial of a privacy request (see below).
We do not sell your personal information, we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. There is therefore nothing to opt out of in those categories, and we honor opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law.
Sensitive information. Some information we process — such as precise location (only if you enable it) and the photos or videos you choose to capture — may be considered "sensitive" under some laws. We process it only to provide the features you use and, where required, only with your consent. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics about you.
How to exercise your rights. Email contact@lazysupply.com, or use the in-app controls. We will verify your request using information associated with your account and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days, extendable where permitted). You may use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Right to appeal. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing contact@lazysupply.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within the time required by law. If we deny your appeal, depending on your state you may also file a complaint with your state attorney general.
California (CCPA/CPRA). In the past 12 months we may have collected the categories described in Section 2 (identifiers, customer records, internet/usage activity, geolocation if enabled, audio/visual information from proof you submit, and inferences). We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CPRA, and we do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of minors. California residents have the rights described above, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the Service is intended only for users 18 and older. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@lazysupply.com and we will delete it.
11. International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
12. Third-party services and links
The Service integrates third-party services (e.g., Apple, Google) and may link to third-party content. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-app or by updating the "Last updated" date). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
